Just a quick note to thank you for your extremely speedy service. The bag was delivered to our door in Aberdeen at 9.00am on Saturday, which is almost miraculous considering I didnt order it with you until about 4.30om on Friday.
My wife is absolutely delighted with it.
Many thanks again and I will certainly use you again if I can in the future, assuming I can ever afford to again of course !!

The man who dealt with me on the telephone was extremely friendly and my receipt included a "thanks Joanne". Personal touches such as these are virtually non existent and so yours really stand out and make a difference.
